HOW IT’S MADE The words on our signature signs are made from top quality 1/4” birch wood for the cleanest cuts and the most consistent finish. Our backers are made out of finish grade sanded birch wood. Our cuts are made with a fine-tuned Laser and the entire product is sanded, painted, stained, finished, and packed by talented hands.

SHIPPING POLICY All items ship via USPS. Please carefully place your order, as incomplete information can result in shipping delays. The customer assumes responsibility for any delays caused by incorrect or partial shipping information. All damage or shortages must be reported within seven days else order is considered complete. Although all items are well-packaged, we have no control over the handling of the package after it leaves our facility. Occasionally items may be damaged in shipping. If damage occurs please contact us as soon as possible. We will fix or replace the product, at our discretion, as quickly as we can. We will ship the replacement item to you via USPS as soon we have the item available again. All orders shipped outside the United States may have customs fees, duties, taxes or brokerage fees associated with them. The customer assumes responsibility for these charges. We do what we can to minimize these types of fees (including shipping packages via USPS if possible) but we do not control the charges associated with transporting packages into other countries. If you need your package by a specific date, please contact us and we’ll discuss the shipping options available to you BEFORE you order. If we don’t formally agree to a specified date before the order is placed, we may not be able to accommodate it. By purchasing from this shop you agree to the shipping policy and conditions stated here.

REFUNDS I gladly accept cancellations Request a cancellation: within 12 hours of purchase I don’t accept returns or exchanges But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Returns and exchange details There are NO refunds or exchanges on personalized carved items that have been shipped. If you cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, you will receive a full refund. After 12 hours has passed, if you cancel the order before the sign has been made, you are only entitled to a 50% refund of the item price. This is to cover our design time. If you cancel the order after the item has been processed, only shipping cost will be refunded. If we make an error with your order, we will do everything we can to fix the situation! We stand behind our work 100%.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES We cannot guarantee our outdoor products, because like any wood based product placed outside with exposure to temperature changes, rain, snow and sunlight the wood can shrink and expand which can cause the wood to split. This is not a defect in craftsmanship; it is simply nature taking its course.
